To respect our stylists’ time and other clients waiting for appointments, we require a valid card on file for all online bookings. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-Day Appointments • Same-day appointment requests require a card on file. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
